Who needs an Oscar? Not Uggie! Though the 10-year-old star of The Artist is slated to perform at the Academy Awards on Feb. 26, he's one step ahead of his costars and crew. On Thursday, the American Humane Association gave the Jack Russell terrier the Pawscar for Best Scene Stealer.
